Then you'd use margin: 10px 0; (with 10px being your top and bottom margins).

I use the TRouBLe method too... but I always forget the 3 parameter rule!

@Luca: The problem with this rule is not logical we all expect to be Top.Bottom then Left,Right or working in pair (but it is not). It is simply starting from the top and doing clockwise loop.

But what if you are not an English speaker and you don't know how to spell "TRouBLe"?
